It's true! There's always something to be thankful for. That's abundantly true in this neck of the woods, a little place I call home: Branson, Missouri. We are truly blessed with a caring community, a wealth of entertainment choices, breathtaking views, an abundance of jobs, good schools, welcoming churches, nice neighborhoods and more importantly, nice neighbors!
It's been a joy to live and work in this area. Working in the hospitality industry has been a good fit with my heart for service. I have enjoyed working for the same company for 18 + years! Over the years, vendors have become valued friends. Clients have become guests who are always welcome to stop by. Co-workers have become treasured allies. My boss, along with his lovely wife, his kind heart, charasmatic personality and endless energy, is my mentor. And I'm just getting started!
My family...my heart...adds to my attitude of gratitude. I have a hard-working, generous, caring husband of 26+ years. I have children who love each other and are each other's best friends. I have a new son-in-law and his family. I have a church family second to none! I've enjoyed the gift of siblings. My mother is still alive and well. We have a little home in the country that isn't always spotless, but is filled with fun, love, and laughter! We have amusing pets. And the best part of all, my hope and faith in Jesus Christ. Now that's a lot to be thankful for!
